About 70% of home buyers hesitate using mobile app

At a time when people use their mobiles to do just about everything-watching movies, booking tickets to paying their bills-it comes as a surprise that nearly 70 per cent of buyers would never use a mobile app for buying property!

Magicbricks recently ran a poll to understand the popularity of mobile apps among property buyers. At a time when every e-commerce business seems to be busy developing their mobile apps, the results of the poll come as a quite a revelation.

As per the poll, nearly 70 per cent of the respondents said that they never use a mobile app for searching or buying a property. Now, with the speed at which real estate portals are launching their mobile apps, one would understand that there is much demand for the same. 

A total of about 17 per cent of the respondents claimed that they do use mobile apps for their property buying and searching purpose. Almost 10 per cent of these said that they use a mobile app every time they need to check out a property. The remaining stated that they do not use these apps always but are quite regular.
