“There are several small and large sized industrial land which is now freed for residential development. In fact, some of the projects have already started and some are going to start soon,” says an industry insider, owning two residential projects in the area.

“Ghodbunder Road is a hub for first-time buyers who are upgrading from Mira Road, Bhayander. The stock available caters to various budget segments. With more supply coming in, the prices will not go down but will bring more end-users here,” says Prithivi Kishan Sharma, managing director, Success Realty.
