Considered an unsung hero of Navi Mumbai's realty, Rabale's
realty market grew well in the initial stages when Ghansoli and Airoli
saw a splurge in commercial development. At that time, Rabale was known
as an industrial hub which employed a sizeable population earning enough
to own a home in the nearby areas, which were then villages. With time,
as the area and profile of the workers changed, the locality saw
concrete buildings coming up in place of small residential houses. This
not only gave hope of better living to those who were employed locally
but also brought fresh spirit to Rabale's real estate market.
